The Model 221 is the smallest e-passport reader on the market. This device employs internationally leading MRZ (Machine Readable Zone) technology, equipped with six integrated cameras, to quickly and accurately read the MRZ machine-readable codes on travel documents designed in accordance with the ICAO DOC 9303 standard. These documents include passports, Home Return Permits, Mainland Travel Permits for Taiwan Residents, and other travel documents. Additionally, it supports RFID electronic chip recognition for passport-like documents
